Once you have your animal communication session booked, I suggest writing down any questions you have for your animal. Once we get into session, I call forward the soul of the animal I'm working with and ask permission to communicate with them.

From there, we start chatting. Things begin flowing, and you're getting the answers to the questions you've always wanted to ask your beloved companion.

Part of my process is that I naturally focus more on their physical body. So while you're absolutely welcome to ask all the fun and silly questions, we'll also spend time exploring where they may need the most support. Toward the end of the session, I'll move into energy work, tuning into their being to see which areas are calling for healing.

I'll work with my team to bring forward any intuitive insights around supplements, activities, routines, or other supportive practices that may benefit your animal, all while holding space for energetic healing.

Extra insights occasionally come through for the humans, too.
