Solar & Sacred is a handcrafted medicine for the one who feels everything deeply. It was made to help you return to a grounded, rooted place within yourself so that whatever is moving through you can be honored.
This medicine supports you in:

What’s inside: Dandelion flower tincture (inner child joy, solar plexus support) + Chalice Well Water (used for centuries for miraculous healing, heart chakra support). Two medicines brought together as one.
Physical Support
Sage has long been valued as a soothing ally for the throat and mouth. Traditionally used to ease irritation, support gum and throat comfort, and calm minor digestive upset. Its warming, aromatic qualities have made it a staple in herbal traditions for supporting mental clarity and easing menopasal symptoms. A few drops under the tongue or in warm water make it easy to weave into a daily ritual.
Spiritual Support
Sage carries an old reputation as the plant of wisdom. Its very name means “wise one.” When working with sage in ceremony, it starts by moving first to the throat, clearing what has gone unspoken and making room for one’s authentic voice. From there, its energy is often felt tracing downward into the heart, softening old grief and opening the receiving channels, and upward into the third eye, sharpening inner sight. Taken with intention, sage invites a clearing of the old and a nourishing of what’s ready to be spoken, felt, and seen.

A tincture made with organic rose, created with reverence for the plant and the many ways Rose may invite us into deeper connection, presence, and listening.
Rather than deciding in advance what this medicine is here to do, I’m giving Rose the space to reveal herself. The relationship with each plant is part of the medicine, and there is more to come as I spend time listening.
